At RZLER PERFUME, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange unopened products within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the perfume in its original, unopened cellophane packaging and secure it in a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to RZLER
Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier of your choice to send the package back to our dedicated quality control warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
Once our specialists inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
